Business Model Template Hacking

Hi all. I write from Spain, where we are trying to start the Openbusiness mantra jointly with Juan Freire, Julen Iturbe, Francisco Vargas and Ramon Sangüesa. I like to thank the instigators the posibility to write here and say sorry in advance about my poor english. I hope it will be undestandable. My first post is related to the usefulness of a template as the start of the business model hacking. Here you have a business model template to start to hack the very closed model of what is understood to be a business model.

This could be a good start in the reinvention in the building of business models.
