Normally these ideas are actually going concerns, rather than being simply ‘vapour-ware’. For the audience it’s a chance to glean a snap shot of small showcase developments and maybe even heckle a few when you can’t hear them. Audio, Internet TV and new media are hot on the scene and the even briefer Q&A sessions are often heralded by bellows of “COPYRIGHT!”, signalling that technical applications tread on dangerous ground where intellectual property and creators’ rights are overlooked.(…)
