Open Rights Group – Party and Raffle – April 11th

The Open Rights Group is an independent non-profit advocacy group which campaigns for digital rights in the UK. We’re having a party on April 11th at Bar Kick on Shoreditch High St., in London’s East End, and invite the OB and mini-bar communities to join us. We’ll have open culture’ DJs (think public domain records + mash-ups, versions and remixes galore), CC visuals and goodie bags (music, software and merch), as well as a special guest appearances from Danny O’ Brien (NTK / EFF) and David Rowntree (x-Blur). We’ll be running a super-special raffle on the night, with prizes donated by Lawrence Lessig, Bruce Schneier, Cory Doctorow, Neil Gaiman and Beatpick Records. Tickets available in advance.
