At MiniBar’s we found how hard it is to find good programmers and web designers. (not only at MiniBar’s also in every software project we are running). And then we looked around on the web and found the 37signals job board, the Techcrunch board and others: they work much better than advertising in the Guardian, or other massive job websites because they reach the target audience directly. However, there is one problem with those sites however: they all have a nearly exclusive focus on the US.

So we started Considerati – a distributed job board. We partner with technology blogs such as OpenBusiness, Zeroinfluencer and soon some in Germany and Netherlands. If you are looking for a good programmer post a job ad there.
