Next Round for Digital Pioneers

The next Digital Pioneers round is now open for projects. You might remember that Digital Pioneers and Open Business partnered in November last year to create new funding opportuntties for internet initiatives that promote social innovation.The theme for this Round is Collaboration: By joining forces you can make a strong statement and by combining a range of skills you can gain new insights as those involved complement each other. A platform such as the Club van 100 offers users a profile with which they can ask for and offer help. The development of software can contribute to collaboration at a distance, as within higher education by SURFgroups. The internet is of course the perfect place to work on software together.Also after a succesfull 12th Round we have decided to keep the possiblity to apply a project under the theme “International” open. Under this theme participants can submit a project proposal that is aimed at introducing an initiative that originated abroad into the Netherlands.
