In particular the ‘Empower Programme’ seems helpful as it provides ‘all the software you need for five developers, as well as managed newsgroup support and a telephone advisory service, for a 12-month period’. What that means is that you safe cost and get decent expertise and last but not least the deal with MS brings some added publicity and this is what every start up likes.
