Someone posts a project idea, then other site members discuss the idea, refine it, and bid money for its ‘realization’. Specialists offer to realize the project within a timeframe for a certain amount of money. The bidders then vote on each offer to accept. The selected specialist realizes the project, after which the bidders vote on whether the project was successfully realized. The bidders then donate the bid amounts to the specialist if the majority of bidders believe the requirements for the project were met.
