Unbounded Freedom – a guide to Creative Commons thinking for cultural organisations is the first book to be published by the British Council under a Creative Commons licence. Written by Rosemary Bechler, it has been published in the belief that cultural organisations and the creative industries need to carefully consider the balance between intellectual property rights and the public interest. OpenBusiness.cc gave lots of inout to the writing of the booklet and will participate in a discussion (online) and
